SC-EIRI adheres to the developing strategy of talents priority, adopts a combination of full-time and part-time employment, and creates a high-level talents gathering highland. SC-EIRI builds a talents team of "wild geese formation", introduces top scientists as "head wild geese", employs "flock wild geese" around the world, and stimulates "flock wild geese vitality" with the "head geese effect", so as to achieve the "wild geese formation effect" of "leading by the head wild geese and flock geese flying together".
SC-EIRI gathers over 500 full-time and part-time talents of various kinds, including 4 Academicians, 23 national high-level experts and 30 provincial high-level experts. Among the full-time talents, scientific research talents account for over 80%, talents with master and doctoral degrees account for over 70%, overseas talents account for nearly 20%, and young talents under the age of 35 account for over 70%.
