Focusing on carbon peaking & carbon neutrality goals, SC-EIRI builds high-energy energy Internet experiment & inspection platforms centering on key areas such as clean low-carbon energy, new power system, energy information integration and energy carbon neutrality. So far, SC-EIRI has built 4 specialized experiment platforms and 3 CNAS inspection platforms, with the coverage area of over 5,600 square meters and the investment of nearly 100 million yuan. Meanwhile, with the promotion of national key laboratory branch locating in SC-EIRI and national & provincial platforms building as the acting point, SC-EIRI has provided support in the construction of Western (Chengdu) Science City and Tianfu Laboratory, and played an important role in promoting sci-tech innovation and energy development in Sichuan Province.
