Yao Yingping, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Three Gorges Corporation Sichuan Branch, introduced the establishment background and development overview of China Three Gorges Corporation Sichuan Branch in his speech. He expressed that renewable energy, as the backbone of clean energy, was ushering in unprecedented development opportunities. He hoped that through the conference, communication and cooperation among domestic and foreign forces would be strengthened to promote the deep integration of knowledge, technology, capital and market in a deeper and broader field, and thus give birth to more cooperation projects and more technical breakthroughs.

Major economies in the world have different national conditions, uneven resources distribution and different capabilities in the energy field, which makes it necessary to give full play to joint efforts to meet the challenges from aspects such as environment, capital and technology. The conference extensively invited overseas energy-related enterprises and institutions for attendance to build a new pattern of close, highly efficient, mutually beneficial and win-win energy cooperation.

Peng Tianyu, Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of Sichuan Tianfu New Area, expressed in his speech that the conference was a grand event in the field of global renewable energy, and also a full energization to the green and low-carbon development of Tianfu New Area.
