On January 7, 2025, Professor Liang Zhiwei, China Representative for Oxentia (an operating division of Oxford University Innovation), visited the Sichuan Energy Internet Research Institute, Tsinghua University ("S-EIRI") for discussions. Staff from the S-EIRI's Sci-Tech Innovation Service Center met with Professor Liang Zhiwei to explore how the two organizations could integrate resources, leverage complementary strengths, and jointly promote business expansion and innovation.

The discussion addressed the challenges faced by S-EIRI-incubated companies during international expansion, such as intellectual property protection and utilization, navigating diverse market access regulations, and operational localization. It was noted that Oxentia, leveraging its strong brand reputation, extensive international business network, and wealth of overseas resources, is well-positioned to provide crucial support for the S-EIRI's research achievements seeking to enter the global stage. Professor Liang Zhiwei affirmed that Oxentia would utilize its strengths to actively introduce high-quality international companies and pioneering innovation projects to the S-EIRI, aiming to jointly inject new vitality into the energy industry ecosystem.

Going forward, the S-EIRI and Oxentia plan to maintain close communication and collaboration, aiming to deepen their partnership across various domains and advance together within the global landscape of innovation cooperation.
